Instructions for returning products.

The user who purchased products through the Site has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with HairFiberPlus., Without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must:

a) Send the request for withdrawal by e-mail to the address info@hairfiberplus.com within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

b) After receiving confirmation from HairFiberPlus., use a carrier of your choice and at your own expense, within 15 working days from the date on which you have communicated the withdrawal of the goods, to the shipment of the purchased product (s) , suitably protected and packed in its original packaging, accompanied by any accessories.

Only after receipt of the product (s) and only after having positively verified compliance with the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal as well as the integrity of the products, HairFiberPlus will proceed, as soon as possible, and, in any case, within 15 days from the date on which HairFiberPlus . has confirmed to the user the exercise of the right of withdrawal, to reimburse the sums paid by the user excluding shipping and cash on delivery costs.

The refund amount will be communicated via e-mail and credited upon agreement with the customer.
